Second printing coming soon

Today I sent Stanford a marked up copy of the first printing of the book. I made a few tiny changes. I will list all the signficiant changes and additions in this blog. There won't be many, possibly the two page insert about the Value of Position that I posted here a few days ago...everything else are small changes.
